Does anyone know where I can find an exhaust manifold/header to fit the 4.1 / 250 engine. This is for a 1976 4 door maverick.

Post an ad in the classifieds for any parts you need, you'll probably get a better response.

Mustang places sell a repop of the factory 250 exhaust manifold. It is very nice.

One more question.. I noticed Auto Krafters has a manifold (D3bz-9430B) that fits a 250; however, they show it to only fitting the mavericks of '70-'72. Will this not work on a '76 250, did Ford change something? The gasket (23025) they show fits all 250 Mavericks '70-'77, and the bolt patterns appear to match.

I have it on my 1976. It will fit fine. It also does away with the smog equipment.
