I am gonna let you pick which I should do...

My interior is peanut butter brown with dark brown tones/hint of red alligator skin center sections. With semi gloss black. Carpet black, gauges will be red.

Do something like this and just go for mean look? And add a Atomic Orange stripe to it kinda like the car below but it has gloss black.

i voted orange..i love flat black on many cars, with gloss or semi-gloss stripes..but on a maverick..it may just look cheap. that orange is just plain awesome.

Flat black is just a passing fad. Go with color.

Flat Black.....I give it five years. It is a fad.

And I agree....the orange is a fad as well.

can i vote red or green? While flat black can be bad, you gotta go balls out. Delete all your chrome. Paint it all. That is a huge commitment.

Go with what you want to look at everyday. From my point of view I wouldn't want to try and paint match that orange if need be. One of the reasons I stuck with my grabber blue was its a solid color and in urethane. Relatively easy to repair and match. Real nice for touch ups. I would never have thought about future repairs and touch ups if my painter hadn't mentioned it. Just one more thing you should think about before picking a paint.

The car once completed will be driven only on certain days, and garaged 98% of its remaining life. If for what ever reason I need a touch up..... lets just say Ill need a new car. :) Or Ill have the insurance company take car of the costs to repaint my entire car.
