ps I decided to keep curb hoppers car because no one wanted to buy it and fix it up. everyone wanted to part it out. I even turned down an $800 offer because the guy told me he was going to rip the running gear out for a falcon :16suspect:boxing::naughty: if he hadnt of had said that I MIGHT have considered his offer but Ive decided to keep it.

and curb hopper (mike is back on the right track) he came back and has been doing what he is supposed to without being told and hasnt been giving up any lip (the way things are supposed to be)

hey sean if you come out this way any time soon I have a complete 4 lug disc brake set up that will fit your car we had it on the blue car just to see if it fit. all you have to do to make it five lug if you wanted to would be find 5 lug rotors that have the same bearing size

you come out and you can have it

they come with the lower control arms spindles rotors calipers everything I believe I even have the springs that go with it. I bought a whole front end cross member and all and was going to fit the whole thing on our comet but I figured out I couldnt so I stripped the parts off of the cross member and tossed it only then did I realize the rotors were four lug :slap: I was just so juiced to snag the whole cross member for cheap I didnt look :rofl2:.(I think I paid $125 for it but I more than made up for not being able to use it when I sold the aluminum head I bought from the same guy that day)
I looked up the numbers on the calipers and they came up 80 pinto and a bunch of other early 80's cars even a mustang

I know its not the right place to post it but Id like to let the guys I met at the car show that our little girl was born Saturday July 13th. 7lbs 3oz. I have two weeks off but once I go back the Mav will be my commuter (60 miles round trip) I have calculated my fuel mileage the last few fill ups and I have been getting about 18-19mpg. I know I can get better if I do some work but ill take it!! Hope everyone is doing good. Hope to get together again soon
