I had an idea today, “ I wonder what 2013 mustang headlights would look like on a 75 with fat bumpers that have been tucked? My conversation with myself went like this. ”O crap that is probably a lot of crazy body work, if only you knew how to use photoshop”. “what if you could replace the maverick grille with the mustangs that has the two fog lights and remove the stock mav headlights, I wonder if you can get a dual filament bulb that will fit in the mustang grille so you can have high beams?”

I can fiddle my way around the app.. but keep in mind that one big change leads to ten more.

IMO, to make it look "right".. you'd need to reshape the hoods leading edge.. not to mention the front of the fenders wouldn't even resemble a Mav's once you redid the buckets to accept those style headlights. Sure couldn't see it hurting this cars horrible aero though. lol

If you're looking for improved headlights?.. swapping to the H4 style housings or using the Jeep stuff like some others around here makes more cents in the long run. And you could also install round driving lights in the grill or below bumper to add even more candle power to the mix.

It almost looks like a 73+ Torino with an Identity Crisis. Sorry, David.

A little squarer and it would look like an MII front end.

Hahahahaha, yah this is why I’m not a designer lol. Well it looked good in my head but not sooooo good on paper. Thanks for the time fiddling with it! I do have the h4 set up from my old mav plus some hid’s to stick in there, my eyes aren’t so good at night any more. I did see a set of the h4 conversion housings that have “halo” rings in like the bmw’s got me thinking about those now. They looked cool but I haven’t found a pic of one on a maverick yet.
These are the ones with the ccfl not the leds and not those crap projector ones….
