    If you go to the main forum index and open up any sub forum such as General, Technical, Drag Racing or Cosmetic for instance - you will see a "new thread" button on the upper left side - click on it and post your new thread

    When you are composing your post or reply, scroll down and you will see "manage attachments" - click on that and upload a photo to the thread post :)
