Hello Car Nerds!

And just in case "car nerds" sounds like a pejorative, let me assure you it is not!

I have a 1974 Mercury Comet, 4 dr, green, that I luv luv luv. I bought it in 2010 in NM with 89K on it. It's in great shape (esp. the interior) - I have no doubt that the odometer was accurate.

However I need some parts for it (well, just drums) which lead me to joining the forums once and for all. I've been meaning to join for a while but was a little intimidated - you peeps know your stuff! Hopefully I will post in the right threads

from Atlantic Canada! I know rockauto.com has drums, but they're pricey--even for rockauto.

You could always ditch the drums and convert them to crown vic rear discs.

Your local parts store should have the drums, fortunately it's one of the parts that are relatively available.
