Floor shifter install.

    Are you trying to use the B & M Shifter Cable with the Pinto shifter?

    no I was tryin to use the shifter pinto with the pinto linkage.....but it wouldn't go into park for some reason.......but I got the c4 bracket for the b&m shifter the bracket that holds the cable that goes on the 2 1/2 bolts hits my cross member.....any ideas?

    The cable can be hitting it in all kinds of ways. Not sure what you mean..

    and does the original shifter lever have to be facing down? I turned it 180 for a floor shifter kinda lost here
