was looking tonight and ran across this, looks as if it would fit and work. i know it's unreasonable for price compared to a whole new unit, but i never thought they made this..unless it's for the maverick SUV? but it says 70-74. could be worth it though if you've got some special and expensive LCA units.

pulled my lowers today and realized they are done for..but the stock stuff looks terrible and the aftermarket seems expensive for what you get lol..so just trying to figure out what i want to do with them now.

With shipping they are $70.00+ each! I paid a little over $50.00 for both LCA's with ball joints and bushings new, had a pretty blue urethane boot on the ball joint.

Was just down at the store and it's like 76 bucks a peice here for them... That's just stupid. 76+76+taxes = 161.12 jut for lca's

76 bucks doesn't seem bad, since it holds the wheel on the road....

Might just eBay them for 110, ya it is a safety thing which is why I'm lookin to replace them, could probably get away with not changing them for a few years But I'm right here right now and would rather not take things apart when I could have avoided it.

Hopefully the eBay ones are correct .. Ill post a link here once I get home just too confirm they are the ones.

AFAIK upper & lower ball joints have been avail since the cars were new(same ones for Mustang, Torino, etc), and back in the day they were regularly serviced... Now days most of the time the whole arms are replaced...

It would be nice to know what brand they are...I've seen some pretty crappy ones show up at my friends Mustang shop, they won't even install them.

On ebay, you can get a pair of complete Moog LCA from Summit for around $88 shipped(at least in the US, I dunno how they treat you guys)... UCA seem tough to find...

Those are listed as will not ship to canada. otherwise i would have hit the buy now button.

just searched that part number on ebay.ca and they all after shipping come to like 65+ea..may as well grab them locally in case i run into any issues with them for some reason...thanks for your help though, appreciate it.
