Hello to everyone! So many questions! Ready to start on my Maverick!!! My sons name is Maverick, he wasn't named after the car. However I was a Mustang fan, so I decided to buy a Maverick to fix up for him. I bought a 72 Grabber (needs some TLC) and a 75 Maverick in decent shape. Fixing to get started on the 75, looking to do a v-8 swap first. Thanks in advance for all of the help, thankful for this Forum already!!!!!

    Great Idea!!

Welcome Mav T. I'm doing the same thing for my grandson named Maverick. He's actually only 2 years old so I'll be giving the '74 Maverick 2 door to his mom and dad when I'm done with the resto. I'm excited...it's been a long time since I've had a project car to play around with.
    Have fun and good luck,
    Dave

Hello, from sunny San Diego. It must be a small world, as my son is named Maverick, as well. I also just acquired a 74 Maverick 4 door. Can't wait to start on it, waiting for my engine hoist. Good luck!
