yeah, that about the same price range as say 4 bilstein hp1000 shocks for many GM cars

truthfully, the maverick only had crap for shock selections..with only 1 monto tube option for front and rear only in twin tube..was either crap cheap shocks or expensive coil overs or ridetech shockwave

I went to Advance Auto, "buy 3, get 1 free". Cost me $55 for 4 shocks. LOL
I guess it depends what you use your car for, but dayum, I could find better things to spend $400 dollars on.

I like em' too. Not necessarily the price.. but any additional parts availability is better than what we've had in the past.

Personally.. because of the crappy premium aftermarket shock support for these cars.. I was just going to mod some uber expensive Mustang shocks into place on mine anyways. But when it's all said and done.. and after hundreds of hours of chopsaw/welder engineering.. $400 bucks may not seem so bad.

You would be amazed at what a difference a good set of shocks make. Im running their triple adjustable coil overs. They are great and the staff was really easy to work with. I wish I had more time to tune on them before blowing the motor.

Ridetech is has some great people on the other end of the phone and a really first class product. I helped a friend install the Shock Wave setup on his Camaro........it had a very healthy 347 Ford/6spd. If I had a street car I'd certainly try a set, I just replaced my OE shocks on my Dodge Ram1500
with Bilstein 4600's ($300 for all four) and you can't believe the difference..........especially towning the Maverick..............most OE shocks are cheap and junk. My truck only had 52000 miles and the OE shocks started to leak.
"You only get what you pay for"..................IMHO
