I know no bulbs are blown, gotta new flasher, but my mechanic put a turning switch in and the left works, but not the right. We are both stumped. Any help?
If the brake lights work OK but right is out with signal on, problem is likely a bad signal switch(yes I read the part about being new)... If it's NOS then possibly has corroded contacts and some electrical spray cleaner in the turn & four way flasher switch may get it operating... Power should be verified on the white/blue(RF) & orange/blue(RR) wires at the crescent shaped connector on switch, BUT again if brake light operates the circuit is good from connector to tail lamp...
how do you know all the bulbs are good? if the front bulb has the turn signal element is burn out, it will still light up with running lights but wont light up for the turn signals. if a bulb is out the resistance wont be high enough in the circuit to trip the flasher
