    And am using duplicolor jet black it doesn't require any drying time between coats

    I grew up near Chicago ... Addison, Itasca area. Amazing that you can get this done in the winter weather. :thumbs2:

    If you need a couple of good front fender lower panels and braces (the parts that tuck under the bumper), I have a pair here.

    Duplicolor sent me a message on facebook asking me if I would conceder using there paint shop paint on my maverick... They liked what I did with there bed armor coating, I used it as a fake vinyl top and sent them a picture... Post some pictures when your finished would love to see how it looks...

    I wouldn't paint a car with duplicolor...that stuff never looks good.

    honeslty there's 2 66 mustangs in my guys shop painted with the paint I got ones cherry red with metal flakes the other is a midnight blueish color. look good just was told it requires a couple extra quarts to get a nice look will see Monday ;)

    my guy made some new ones for me captaincomet thnx tho... as for the car... I went n had a look today n u guys were right 4 days was pushing it lol... the paint is on but he's got to wet sand and apply rubbing compound etc I saw a polished rear fender and was very pleased with the shine n smoothness so I was told tomorrow it will be complete and reassembled jet black grabber
