Window removal

Ok, I've looked through about 40 threads. And I can't find out how to release the small plastic pieces that hold the window to the rail system. What's the trick? Does it take a special tool? I really don't want to break the window.

 

the center piece is a plastic dowel, gently push it out or tap it out, and the plug will come out,,

I take a quarter and push it out...

Wasn't there a picture of that posted, at one time?
I position the window, where I can use a punch, to move the pin in a bit, then just pop it out the rest of the way.

just remember , dont try to push it in, it has to come out toward you, made that mistake once,oopps,

 

most I've seen messed up looked like they were pushed out without removing the pin first...
