How much does it weigh?

    1973 Maverick Grabber, 347 4V w/F-1X, 1974 Maverick Grabber 302 4V, 1974 Maverick Grabber 302 2V, 1971 Maverick Grabber 302 4V.
    My 73 Grabber door jam ID sticker says 3621 GVWR. Is that really what this car weighs?

    i think it more around 2900 or 3000 but i could be wrong.i know i have seen a few posts on weight. maybe do a search on it.

    I drove mine to the dump a couple weeks ago, and on their scale, it was 2980 with spare tire, more than 3/4 tank gas, tool box, etc.

    Not sure if you could even get a big bumpered, heavy doored car to weigh in at 3600.

    Very common misconception. GVWR is the max weight of that vehicle fully loaded with occupants and cargo.

    My first Mav v8 auto, stripped for weight went 2680 without driver and little fuel.
