Hey, I know this is a old thread. But does anyone happen to have set of braces lying around? as I'm planning on swapping to '73 Grabber buckets...
Welcome aboard. My condolences on your meeting 71gold. J/K, Frank is a good guy. :Handshake
My advice is hear the car more and the stereo less.
Glad to hear the car was recovered in one piece. I hope he gets what's coming to him.
Looks good, needs carpet also.
Keystone Classics.
Here's an idea, how about Maverick owners beat on Heat fans.
Wish I could come across a find like that. I can't believe that car was in a salvage yard.
Let us know how she steers.
Lots of draping, masking and patience. Pretty much everything except the engine and air conditioning was removed.
I re-did mine a few years ago. Cleaned it up and painted it. The engine and A/C were not removed. [ATTACH]
210 HP at the flywheel with no accessories hooked up. After 1972 they changed the way horse power is rated, 140ish is the NET horse power rating,...
No there was not.
Hey Ken, when and where did you get this?
Exactly! Not many people get that.
Here you go. Looks very simialer to the one posted above, owned by James Allen. Just a bit sportier.
That's neat. Never been in a snow covered salvage yard.
Looks great! I also see a 87-93 Mustang 5.0 in the back ground. Also around a 1980 Transam/Firebird.
Perfect choice.
If you want the Grabber stripes. Then I would get the 1970 style without the "Grabber" script.
