    I googled it, and read way more bad things about Peel n Seal than I did about Dynamat, where the biggest complaint about it, is the price.

    I found the peel and seal at a roofing company in 3' wide rolls at a roofing company near my old house. I have only found the 6" stuff since then.

    Rust Bullet, POR 15, or ?

    I had good luck with both POR15 and Rust Bullet, use two coats. I wouldn't use Rustoleum. Let the paint air out it's gasses for at least 2 days...
