yup that picture is exactly right
4.6 are smooth in high RPM, id much rather have pushrods but one problem with 4.6 , parts are very expenisve , cams are 600 bucks, aftermarket...
modular engines has a growing aftermarket, they are super smooth on top end , but pushrod is the way to go...
