LOL ... he already knows better than that ... he's already been trained to pick his feet up when entering and exiting so he doesn't scratch the paint on the rocker panels ... and no door slamming!

Jim, you would have ended up with it anyways. (y) Heck, I would have gave you my red '72 if I hadn't needed it myself.

Chuck, I'm boxing those exact parts up as we speak, except for the rear window. Also sending him some side marker lights and a 5 lug rear end.

Jim, I also have some front drum spindles, backing plates and useable wheel cylinders if you are intrested. They aren't disc, but they would get you going up and down the road. Also got a rear seat thats nothing great to look at, but it isn't torn and you could put one of those Mustang covers over it and it would look good. Also got the rear interior plastic arm rest panels which are black, uncracked, and are out of my '72. Got a drive shaft that would be good to go with some new U joints, a few 6 cylinders, and a couple of C4 transmissions, one of which needs a rebuild, and the other may work but I have never tried it. Have a 302 bell housing to go with that. Also have a 250 and 200 6 cylinder not doing anything, full engines from carb to oil pan, both supposedly run well, take your pick.

You want to meet me in Chattanooga or somewhere, it's all yours.

Jim's '72 got stolen, stripped, and ran off a big hill. Wayne donated a '72 shell and hopefully the rest of us can donate enough parts to make that shell a full Maverick again. (y)

If you guys decide to come down and meet up with Jim, let me know when. I'll come at the same time. Always up for meeting new people off the board. :)

We can all thank the "annonymous neighbor" who called code enforcement. Even though this shell was on my carport, not in the yard yard or the street, I was not allowed to keep it without a tag.

So Jim, you gonna have it ready by Fun Ford Weekend? :D ;)

BTW, that trunk lid I have has a tiny bit (less then an inch square) of bondo where my '74 was rear ended in the early 80's. You can't even tell by looking at it. Other then that it is completely rust and dent free.

EDIt: Sorry, this is actually Jamie. I've got my computer apart for some "slight" modifications. I'm on my brothers computer. Didn't realize I was on his name to!

    There ya go.

Its gonna have black interior, course I can dye some parts and the body will be bright yellow gold poly metallic with black accents. thats the paint I bought for my other 72. I have a v8 engine I can get my hands on but I need a c4 and yes it is a Grabber...
