I have been working with a guy who makes billet grilles to make one for our cars. He came over my house this past weekend to test fit the prototype he had made. As you can see in the attached pictures, it came out really nice. The fit and finish was just phenomenal. They are satin black on the inside and back and polished on the front. As of right now, he is only making them without signal light openings. They should be available sometime in late January early February. They will sell for $169.00 each not including any freight charges which is a lot cheaper than getting one from Brazil. I would sure like to get a count of serious people interested so I may tell the guy how many to produce on his first run.

Price is right...How many does he have and how long will me make them?

I want one, but cannot afford it now, putting too much money into my motor...

I am not exactly sure on the shipping weight or charges yet. I would have to guess they weigh around 10-15 lbs.

He has asked me about the later model years with the signal lights in the grille. He asked if people would be willing to go with out the lights and I said probably not due to local laws. I mentioned to him about maybe putting the lights behind the grille for the phantom look and this way one grille fits all type of thing.

If there is a good enough demand, he will probably keep making them. He said that they are currently making over 50 other classic car billet grilles. He says that I am not the only person that hit him up on making these grilles for our cars. I was just the one that was kind enough to let him use one of my spare grilles as a template.

youd also need the turn signal style grill to mount the grabber sport lights, so if he only made that style he'd be excluding the grabber customer base as well

either way i think they'll be very popular. you can put me down for a turn signal one if he ever makes them
