Can anyone tell me the proper size trim ring to use with the ford poverty caps? I have a 70 with the 4 lug 14" steel wheels, wondering what the proper ring is.

Stock steel wheels - and on my '70 Grabber they were 14", while some of the early cars had 13"

The trim ring on the 14" is a thinner one than the Mustang and Torino used - if you lay it flat on a table it sticks up about 1 3/4" high. The 2" and 2 1/4" ones will fit on the rim and look fine. But if you are after concourse the thinner 1 3/4" is the one.

    :D

To add to what Eric stated, your car being a 1970 means that more than likely it has the 4 1/2" wide wheel. It takes the thin beauty ring. The wider the wheel....the deeper the beauty ring.

Original style are not reproduced as far as I have seen.

Post a link to what you are ordering, I'd like to see them.
