    Greetings Fellow Members:

I am trying to locate my former ride the infamous "Preperation H" (H/MP)
1971 Maverick that competed in the MP ranks of NHRA drag racing in the early 70's. I sold the car to its new owner ( from memory, Elwood Robinson of Newark DE ) in spring of 1974 just before completion of my new gasser a ford powered I/Gas Pinto. Anyone who can assist me in finding the Maverick, please respond to me when convenient.

    Warmest Regards,

    Bruce Sizemore

I had that pic saved. I am sure all here would love to hear the story on that car. Unfortunately I don't have any leads for you.

Well I'll be damned. Bruce Sizemore. My Dad raced against you in H/MP back in '70-71. He ran a 1965 Falcon with a 300" six, Borg Warner four speed, and a Dana 60 rear. Out of Baytown, Texas and the name on the car was Wheeler & Sanders. Somewhere there are some pictures of class runoffs at Dallas with Dad, you, Glen Self, the Mad Maverick out of Dallas and a few others.

Welcome to the board and I certainly hope you find the car. Good Luck!
