fender skirts?

    hmmm, so what do you guys think about these? this seems to be the only pic i could find. they were in a old "for sale" thread on another forum's archives. i could probably pass better judgment if i could see the car further back but oh well. might be ok for a 4dr car, probably wouldnt look right on a 2dr:hmmm: these are'nt factory are they? maybe an old aftermarket piece. i would be intrested to see them in a pic of the whole car if anybody has 'em.

    Three 71 Maverick Grabbers, a 72 302 Sprint, a 73 LDO 2door parts car, a 76 silver v8 Stallion.
    The factory never made them. There was a company that made them for all makes back in the 50's and 60's. Seems like the name was Foxcraft but I may be wrong. I have never had any Maverick ones but have come across several sets for other kinds of cars in my dealings. I don't think I'd like them on a Mav though.

    they would be the same for all years i would think, but im sure the 2dr ones are diffrent than 4dr's.


    i think fender skirts look good on some cars, but mavericks are probably not one of 'em. there more at home on "grampa boats" but you might be able to make it work on a 4dr. i always thought a set might look good on my regal
