    Got mine on my Comet GT today and it does not mention the GT package. It does have "Appearance Group" in the list of options.

    That must be GT ... the only other groups were Convenience Group and Protection Group .. Nothing like Ford making it tough to verify a Comet GT as original ... :(

    It's an official report from Ford Motor Company records that details where your specific car was built, when it was built, and what options it came equipped with.
    I got mine years ago...

    The Marti report lists it as "GT Appearence Group." I think I will call them back and see if they can verify that. Jamie, you can call 800-392-3673 to get one.

    You have to call Ford via phone ... only way to do it ... the number was posted further up in the thread.
