    Oh i had never even seen those before but on one comet i thought it was just something they wanted to add but that listing says its on all mavericks or something like that i forgot already lol

    That decal did not come on Comet GT's. 72 models have the small reverse lights.

    That was a promotional slogan used by Ford in their ads. I thought it was used a little later - like '76 or so. :hmmm: :huh:

    I am buying one of those for my car just because it is a correct period ad campaign and it is so true. My Comet has a little Cougar in it. I bet some dealerships gave those stickers away at purchase in the paperwork and to customers who bought GTs. If not then they should have because they are awesome.

    Mine will be on the narrow end of the drivers side rear window.

    Lincoln Mercury, Look for us at the sign of the Cat... hahahaha That's an oldie.

    The Dealership right down the road from where I am working right now still has the 2 story tall Cougar sitting outside the dealership.

    Used to be Wilson Powell Lincoln Mercury. I think it is called DarCars now
