Since here is not a registry for a 1973 Grabber, and I have a particular interest in '73 models, I have taken it upon myself to start of registry of them. I've always like the '73 models, since my first car was my '73 4door. Im hoping to find all the '73 model entries that I can in order to maybe find out statistics, order information, particular 1973 details, and just all of the interesting stuff associated with these great cars. Here is what I would like to receive from those of you who will be submitting your car to the registry: 1)Owner contact info; name & address (even on junkyard finds) 2)VIN 3)Door data tag info from blue tag in driver's door jamb 4)Photos are nice and would be greatly appreciated 5)Condition description including listing modifications-motor, tranny, rearend. 6)Any interesting info: where it came from, dealer information, any racing history, barn finds/?, etc. 7)Marti Reports would be greatly appreciated if available 8)Sealing dealer information, build sheets & documentations, etc... I'm going to keep an online folder in my email as well as written documentation untill I have an official website to publish the entries. I great appreciate the support from fellow members in my 'quest' to gather a 1973 Grabber registry. I will be taking opinions and ideas along the way so if you have an idea that might help the cause, please speak up. I can be contacted thru the forum via PM or feel free to send me an email with your entries to ford_mustang289(at)yahoo.com Thanks again to all and look forward to forming a great and informational registry
that would have been a good idea..... lol. if you dont care, just get it to me when you get a chance. i do remember it has a 21 DSO code though
I'll go out and get mine in a little bit when I take a smoke break. I was going to drive the 72 today because I haven't driven it to work in awhile but when I went out in the cooollld this morning the battery was too weak to start her up so as luck has it I drove the 73 Grabber today... See even small things happen for a reason. I'll get you the info later today

WOW how cool does that make me. hahahaha. Anyway Thank You for taking on the task. I am really like most of the other guys around here and like the 71 and 72 Grabbers the best out of the Grabbers, but when this 73 came along with the 302, 4 speed manual, bucket seat interior and most of the mods were recently/freshly done I couldn't pass it up. As it stands I certainly do not regret it. I have had two other Mavericks with the 71/72 Grabber hoods and other Grabber goodies. One was a 70 Grabber with the 72 hood and the 250 I6 and one was my Dad's original 72 Grabber with the 302, I now have the 72 yellow Maverick non-Grabber 200 I6 with the Grabber stripes and sport mirrors (flat hood and no rear spoiler) and I have the 73 Grabber 302 4 speed. I like them both equally. I still hold by the best car I have ever owned period was the 70 grabber that a friend converted to a V8/ 5 lug and then sold to me. But as time is going on this 73 is showing the potential to maybe overtake the old one.. Nah that'll never happen because the one I bought from my friend I only paid $650 for right after he rebuilt basically the entire car, the 73 I have now I paid $4500.00 on Ebay to get what I wanted. But I do like the 73 as much as any other MAverick (Grabber or not) that I have owned
ive been fond of the 73's since my first car, my 73 4dr so like i mention, i felt it was a duty for someone to have a registry of the 73 grabber once i came across mine. since no one else had already started one, i kinda felt priveledged to do the job myself my '73 4dr came from a special family member and i believe he'd be proud of me building a '73 of my own and keeping a record of this fantastic year of Grabber cars
