Movie "Maximum Overdrive" - Maverick

    This movie, "Maximum Overdrive", had a Maverick in it. The scene is in a Junkyard, and there is a high pile of junked cars. The Maverick is clearly visible, sitting on top. It was a tan-colored, 2-door, with the trim that went from the back, over the wheel wells, all the way to the front. I think that trim was part on the "LDO" (luxury deluxe) option. I had what appeared to be the same car, it was a tan 1973 with bucket seats and air conditioning and the aforementioned trim.

    ah, it wasnt a maverick, it was a comet. confirmed via imcdb.com

    Funny but my Comet has parts from 4 other Maverick parts cars, hmmmmmmmmm!
