    Hi,

I'd like to thank you for all the purchases you've made from my main site mainly for touchup paints. I'm suprised how many people have mentioned the Maverick board to me when ordering paint. A special thanks to Dan for posting his results some months ago.
I've created a paint website just for 70-77 Mavs. I don't want to be too spammy so I've added a couple resources you may like. First are scanned paint chips for each year. The second is a conversion chart of paint codes for the particular colors for popular paint brands. That may help you if you're looking for paint and you're not buying from us.

This board is definately one of the friendliest ones out there.
    Thanks again!

    Larry

    Hi

Thanks for creating the sites and all the help on the paint. I did order 2 cans of Black from you the other day and forgot to mention that this site is where I got the info from. Im using it to paint a motorcycle . Nice to know though that I can get a rare color such as my Comet is if I ever need it. Thanks for all your help.

thank you for taking the time to help our maverick world.. without people like you, who are willing to take the time to figure it all out, it makes fixing up our mavericks a little harder

thanks again.. and when i get a chance, i will be checking out your site. I will be doing the body work and painting my car in the upcoming year..

right now i am getting ready to move to iowa, so the car is on hold.

    thanks again

    I am Impressed

I will have to say that this paint is the best I have ever used in a can. I painted the front fender on the wifes Bike and it turned out some kinda nice. You can count on future business from me.:tiphat: here is a pic of the front fender that I painted.

Larry; can you mix colors? My grabber green is a bit off from the chip. Thanks,

I've seen Dan's car in person and I was very impressed. I would have never believed that was spray paint.

    Larry,
If I were to use basecoat/clearcoat in a white and I'm an amateur that is going to paint in my garage, should I use the 333 or 999 base?
    Thanks.

    Sorry I missed these posts.

Yes, we can adjust a color that's off but we need a chip.

In white I'd use the 333 base as it's cheaper and you won't notice any coverage difference.

Thanks again guys. I've been kind of overwhelmed as spring hit. Everybody wants to paint before summer!

    Larry
