<CENTER>My girlfriend and I recently went to the Houston Zoo

(1st time for me in a long time).

Anyway, I was pleasantly surprised when she insisted she
    show me a particular exhibit.

    "Maverick" The Spirit of Texas

    By definition, a Maverick is
1: an unbranded range animal, especially: a motherless calf
2: an independent individual who does not
go along with a group or party

In this case, the "Texas Long Horn" signifies Texas' heritage and motto, "The Lone Star State".

Hey Rick, that's pretty cool! For some reason I was thinking there was going to be some comment about Doug when I read the title of the thread. :D :D
