So are you saying that the one from TMI is supposed to fit our cars? Or that you would try retro fitting it to fit ours??

    Not clear on your comments......

The only thing I'm not positive about is if the front part will slide under the package tray other wise I'm sure it will work in our cars... This console just sticks to the carpet, doesn't require any fasteners... The front cubby can be used for a stereo or gauges... I will call them and get a measurement so I can be sure... I have a TMI hump hugger built for a 65/66 mustang in my car that fits perfect....

UPDATE... I called TMI and had them measure the hight of the console where it goes under the dash... It's 9.75 inches tall right above the front cubby... From the tunnel to the bottom of the package tray is only 7 inches, so I think it's a no go... So I will wait for Dave to finish his console... I hope his will fit my four 2 1/8" gauges... If NPD stocked them I would have brought the mav over and test fitted one...

Do you happen to have the link to the thread where Dave posted pics of the console? I searched but could not find it.

The TMI console I posted here is $399.00 It's a nice console but you would have to cut a notch out of the package tray for it to fit... Done right it would look good... Dave Boyer's console is going to fit without mods...
