The key is to plan it early, so people can make plans to be there. Don't do what I do and give everybody a month notice.

Ok will do! I was figuring at least 4 months notice lol! Where are some of the best places to have one of these gatherings? Restaurants? Giant parking lots?

In my opinion, the best place for a Mini-Meet is an All Ford Car Show. More likely to run into other Maverick enthusiasts there.

There is a decent sized parking lot car "show" here in Brunswick Oh every Sat afternoon. Gotta be around 75-100 cars most of the time. Goes from about 4 till dark. There is sometimes a DJ. The parking lot has Big Lots, a pizza joint, McDs, Mr Hero, and some small greasy spoon.

Doesn't have to be at a car cruise or show. Pick a park and put out the invite grill up some food and have a good time.
