I've been thinking power windows would be nice and recently I replaced a window operator in a Focus. It looked to me like that operator would work nicely in my Mav. Pretty simple; cut two inches out of guide bar and do a simple bolt in. The operator uses pull cables and the window just clamps on to them, so I think I'll give it a try. The electrical may be a bit of a challenge. Of course we all know an idea never ends up as simple as first thought.
BTW anyone used the cable type operators in their Mav? Mac

We had an article in Short Horns written by Tom Hackman on how to use Taurus motors. Worked pretty neat. I made a set. Required welding.

Actually Tom, it's Nunaka Valley subdivision ( Boniface and DeBarr {east side}) moved up here from SJ in 1969. Have you lived here?

Yes I lived in the Sand lake area, worked for the Alaska Rail Road, when Tony Knowles was the mayor.
