Convertible part 3

    OK, past weekend I chopped off the window frame on a door and rehung it. Then hung a fender. Then shapped the quarter panel to get a nice contour. Big obsticle now is to make the rear, roll up window, fit. Not a whole lot of room in the cavity and the whole assembly is more foward in the back of the car than it is in the mustang. I'm kinda dead in the water until I get a rear window and the regulator. Also the rear section where the top actually tacts to, needs to come up about an inch in the back and down about 3/4" in the side. I dont think this will be a major problem because there is no structural components attached to this. Its just a frame to tack the top to, direct rain water, and screw the trim to. The trunk hinges also bolt to this part.

    It's okay John, he's just practicing on this one before he cuts into the Sprint. He's already shown us a picture of what the Sprints gonna look like when he finishes. Yep, he's an inspiration to us all!!!
