Parking Brake Lever Spring

Does anyone know how to buy just the parking brake lever spring? The one that goes on the one end of the bar that goes between the rear brake shoes. I've looked at most spring kits and none of them have it. I heard it fly across the garage, I just can't find it.

It was under my parts washer, I just had to move the 3 old transmission cross members, an oil pump, and some rusty old chain, but it was there all along, I looked there last night.
