Probably should have been Dan's thread, but just curious.....How many cars can we expect to see at the Dixie Maverick meet at the Fun Ford Weekend in June at Commerce, GA? Unless something happens, I plan to be there, with my car! Yes boys and girls, the long awaited unveiling of my yet unfinished under construction Maverick! I figure we can count on seeing the regulars, Dan Hines, Earl, Frank, Ray Parrish, and Mike, but will Hawko finally bring one of his out? Will Jamie get off work long enough to show up? Will any other GA or Al or even SC or FL cars show up? I'm counting the days I have left, finishing up a few loose odds and ends, getting ready!
We have slowed down quite a bit at work, and it should stay that way through September, so I do currently plan to be there with the '72. Can't wait to see your '74! I know it's come a long way since the last time I saw it! We gotta get a picture of the two cars together.
