Is there a bolt up overdrive transmission for a 200 I-6? I'd like to get the best mileage I can out of my car. The trans I have in it now is a junkyard swap out of a Granada and it is a LEAKER. Anyway, if I end up replacing it, I would much rather have overdrive if I can. Please school me. Thanks

Ford does not make an automatic overdrive transmission that will bolt to the 200 cu" six. There are several aftermarket o/d units that are available if you want to throw a lot of money into the project.
There are some older 3 spd manual transmissions that can be bolted to the 200 and a Ford toploading 3 +od box. These manuals would probably be a lot cheaper than one of the aftermarket O/D units.
