New Member that needs parts

Hey there everybody. I recently bought a 1970 Maverick with a 302 and a C6 transmission. The car is, for the most part, mechanically sound, but I need some body/cosmetic parts. Please let me know where I can get parts or the best way to find them. I need bumpers, valences, door molding, interior parts, etc. I look forward to being a part of this forum. Thanks, Guys!

Wellcome to the board. Is the c-6 in the car now. I believe the tranny tunnel on a 70 is smaller than the later years. Most of our cars , with autos, have the c-4. It fits better and takes less power. For parts, post on the parts wanted section.

to the boards!

Create a list of parts you want and post that list in the "parts wanted" forum ..... that will get more responses.

The 1970 transmission tunnel sure is small. I don't believe a C6 will fit without some redesigning and some metal work.

My mistake. I accidentally listed the car as a 70 model, It's actually a '71.
