Suggestion on quotes in posts

I want to make a suggestion on quotes in posts. If everybody would cut the quotes down to the parts they really want to quote, instead of quoting an entire post, it would be a large help to those of us that sometimes surf the board from our phones. I know everybody's phones are different, and it may not affect all of them. Mine is a basic Motorola i776 Boost Mobile phone with limited memory. It is a pain sometimes to have to skip through the same post four or five times because it has been quoted that many times, when a line or two would have been enough. I hope I don't offend anyone by this, and it's only a suggestion to help your fellow board members. What do ya'll think?

I just learned how to quote only part of the post!, maybe some others dont know how either, I am guilty of quoting whole post just to get to one line but gradually learning how to use computer!

Don't BOLD, it is annoying...

Save it for where it is REALLY needed. It wasn't really needed here, though.

But how does one know if it is really needed...or REALLY needed? Sometimes it is really needed, and should be used accordingly. Othertimes....it is really not needed. But how does one REALLY know?

Bold doesn't bother me. Just makes it easier to see . I just hate to read the same post three or four times in a thread just to get to a one line answer.

How do you do that without deleting portions of it manually?

After you click on "quote", just highlight and delete the portion you don't want to send.
