    Was going through some stuff and found the photo of my first car ...

    1974 Mercury Comet with LDO Bucket interior.

    250 with a factory 3-speed floor shift car.

    The brown car in the background was my Dad's 1974 Mercury Comet. His was a 250 with a C4 and standard Bench Interior.

    My car was brown when I bought it ... took it down for the Ford dealer and had it painted Burgundy and bolted a hood scoop on.

    This picture is from 1987 ....

    Thanks for posting, I agree it is neat to see old pics. Nothing like your first Maverick/Comet, unless of course it is your first car too!!! :cool: :) (y)
