Hello all, I am about to purchase a 1976 ford maverick and am looking to do a bumper conversion. I personally dislike the big bumpers and i believe the small bumpers give the car a better look. The car is already apart and being sold in pieces, so it would be easy to put these on as i am putting it back together. I am only 16 and a big Ford fan and really need the help/Pointers, this is going to be my first car. My question is that : Are 67-68 Mustang coupe Bumpers the same as the ones on the 70-73 Mavericks. If so would the Mustang Bumper fit on a 76 Maverick for the conversion? Thanks for your time
to the site!!!!! No, the Mustang bumpers are not the same..... Only Maverick bumpers and brackets fit properly..... If you use the search button above you will find all the info you want on bumper swaps.....
