while its a good idea to have a repair manual, it wont tell you how to do modifications like install headers and a stereo.
for the headers just do a search on here and you find plenty of info on headers. the biggest trick is you need to undo the motor mounts and put the drivers side in first.

for a stereo you need to know wiring basics. follow the wiring diagram that comes with your new stereo.
