Northern California Car Show...2014

Ok everybody, it's that time of year again. We have a tentative date of Sunday June, 22nd 2014. If we can't do it on that date, it will hopefully be 2 or 3 weeks later. We had about 30 cars there last year and 4 were Mavs & Comets. The 4 of us made it in the local paper with a picture of our cars too. Lets try and get more than 4 there this year. I will keep you updated on the exact date.​

I'll be there for sure. I just can't be positive about my Maverick.

 

what do you need to do to bring your maverick? what area are you in if you need a hand turning a wrench or fixing something me and my son can come give you a hand so you can make it

 

you can believe the black car will be there since its right around the corner but wont be wowing anybody this year lol and by then Ill have my white gt registered and will drive that up and hopefully by then mikes grabber will be running if not well trailer his pile up there so you can count on 3 cars from us.
well 1 and a half since my black ones not running and curb hoppers car doesnt count since its a pile

He wants to, but it may not be running in time and he said he doesn't want to bring a non-running vehicle.

It's getting close! Only a month away now. Would love to have more Mavericks and Comets show up this year or any cool vehicle you have if your Mav or Comet isn't running.

 

okay the gt is getting close to being ready I got the carpet in yesterday now I have to scrounge around in my back yard for the rest of the interior parts I need to finish getting it together.

 

I would love to bring my comet up this year, just need to install this resistor and throw an exhaust on.

Talked with the trophy guy today, I think it's going to be the best one yet.

 

okay mikes car is very close to being a runner the clutch is iffy as to wether or not it will work properly but well still bring it either way the white car is as ready as its going to be just have to wash it.
my black car will be there as I said before it wont be wowing anyone with a huge roar from teh open headers this year but will wow witht he powder coating hopefully.

I invited a guy from your area that knows who you are to the show hes supposed to bring a 74 maverick hope he shows up

do you have a spot figured out for the mavs/comets?
