Got home last night from driving San Antonio to Ohio to bring home my '73 Maverick. Car did fantastic, no issues whatsoever. Owned this car previously but sold it about 10 years ago. The owner never did anything with it and contacted my Dad, they're friends, saying he's going to sell it. Dad called me and I leaped at the opportunity to buy it back. Southern Texas car all it's life before I brought it Ohio, so it's a zero rust, extremely solid car and I'm not letting it go again I'll post up pics after I clean the bugs off it today. Tennessee had some flooding and the skeeters were THICK. It's a '73 with small bumpers, 302, C4, black exterior with ginger interior, chrome 15x7 magnums. Many thanks to my Dad for painting the car, recovering the seats, headliner and dropping in the motor. He's retired and restores cars as a hobby and is darn good!
Don't worry about cleaning it up just take pic with the bugs on it to prove you did drive it from texas to ohio.. jk Jay
Thanks guys, glad to have it back. Pics! The car sat for about 10 years without a motor, and I know it needs shocks. Probably why it sits so high in the front now. Homermav, I live in Dayton
