Anyone heard of that? I've been unsuccessful in finding a cross reference to that particular trim code. Double checked the warranty/data sticker and it's plain as day...L6.

    Any help?

Also, could Grabbers be ordered without the stripe? It is a true Grabber (VIN is 2K93F.....).

    Thanks,

    Paul

    Strange...that's a Comet interior code

Was that routinely done, cross-pollination across Ford/Mercury lines?

Just wondering out loud. Thanks for the link.

I really doubt a Grabber would have left the factory without the stripes.....but you never know.

Well my Grabber, 72, has an interior code LA--according to the chart it seems that is for a Comet? Whats that about?? LA = Black - Ruffino / Corinth. Vinyl
What does Ruffino / Cornith. Vinyl mean?
Black interior color and black Vinyl seats is the only thing I can think of; ???? Something must mean bucket seats also, but what?

Cool, thanks! Any idea on the meaning in the wording next to the code?
