:bananaman you know how sometimes you can go for months without seeing another mav/comet? well, this week I saw 2 comets ........ one was in waskom, tx ..... a 2 door 76 with 96000, ragged out pretty good, but the guy and his wife said that it was "bulletproof" and didn't have any worries driving to dallas! (Waskom is just inside TX at the Louisiana border, Dallas = 200 miles) Then yesterday in Kilgore there was a 4 door 72 at a local parts store. Went in to find the owner and he was a young kid, had a 65 fairlane also, he said, but uses the comet as a daily driver and was pretty pumped about it. :bananaman I am going to drop off some back-issues of shorthorns for him next time I'm over there. This kid doesn't have internet!!! Anyway, just thought I would share .......... Robert
