    Quick and easy question -

What's the low down on replacing the crank balancer? Looks like the fan and shrowd has to come off, correct? I assume Ill need a puller, or will it slip off after removing the bolts?

Also, what's the best method of removing the main bolt on an automatic car? (dealing with engine rotation and all)

I used an impact wrench on mine, the bold ziped right out. As far as coming off thats another story. No mine didnt come right off. I made a puller to get mine off.

Autozone has balancer pullers you can borrow for free. Ypu pay for the tool and return it and get your money back. That's what I did.
