Do a search. There's plenty on that subject already here. There's one for sale on Craigslist, PA, Scranton/Wilkes Barre with a 351W.
pretty straight forward swap. you'll need all the V8 parts, a good trans behind it, custom headers, and alot of patience when changing the plugs if u dont shave the shock towers
