Will a 27 x 11.5 x 15 on a 8 inch rim with a 4.5 back spacing fit under the rear of my 70 mav??? I know ill have to roll the fenders maybe pull them out a little thats ok , just want to make sure that is all ill have to do. Thanks
im pretty sure they will rub on the inside fender. my 275-60x15s on a 15x8 rim with 4.5 back spacing needed a 1/4 spacer to minimize the rubbing. still would rub on big bumps and dips.

Ok so an 11.5 tire was hoping ..yep it dont fit ..it would if i moved the leaf springs ..but im using this car as a duel purpose car for street and open track road course events..looks like ill go with a 9.5 on my 8 inch rim..thanks..Barry
They do fit ive got mt et streets 28x11.5,15x8 wheel is 4.5" backspacing and a 3/16 spacer with the inner fender lip trimmed off the problem ive had is the parking brake cable rubber the back side of the tire at high speed, did did nothing to the tire drivin on the high at 70.but after a highway race with a zo6 it rubbed so guessin it was the tire growth
there's a couple pics in my gallery, and i can get more exact pics if you have s certain pic youd like
are the quaters on a 74 the same as a 70?? I will try them on my 15 x 8`s with the 4.5 backspacing ..they look sick under there..
I sold the Hoosiers and bought a set of Mickey thompson ETStreets in 255x 60 x 15 ..which equals 27 x 10.5 x 15`s...will post up a pic when installed..thanks
