Auto Krafters had a set, 1 1/2" primary tubes and they were like $380 I think (if memory serves me correctly.) We ended up making our headers and they work well. Can even pull the powerglide without removing either one. Headers are the biggest issue, along with hood clearance. Some have used 302 headers, but I found that it would take a lot of dinging and denting to make them work, and by the time they fit, we would be back to square one with very restrictive tubing. Some others on here have also done the swap and may know of some secret header that works with the stock front end. If I had to do it all over, I'd either go with a Mustang II front end or just stick with the 302.

    351 Swap

I agree with Mavman, is like putting a size 10 foot into a size 9 shoe. Will fit but no circulation to the feet and hard to walk fast.:D

Stroking the 302 to 347 will save a LOT of headaches.

To tell you the truth, if I were going to go bigger, I would go to Rack & Pinion first.
