Just this week we've finally got my newly built 302 bored over .030 in! I was really worried but everything fell into place fast, only because of my dad of course. But its all happening, now just for the finishing brackets and wireing. Also few dicisions to make that i was hoping you guys would help me with.

    1. Power steering hoses in the way of header - could re-route the hoses to under engine mount BUT i could swich to manual steering and get couple horses back.

    2. One of my bigest fears is not being able to stop because i have manual all around drum brakes. How much is it to switch to front disk? and how hard? Or would it be better to just to swich to power breakes but keep all drums?

I have to thank everyone on this forum because without you guys id never have even knew how to do this or what to do. I also saved a ton of money and time from you guys. when it came down to it the swamp from 250 to 302 took me one weekend without a problem. but to rebuild engine and tranny.. ive lost track of time and money. With a low budget bein only 16 i think ive still built a good engine that we belive is pusing 350-400 horses. Once its broken in hopfully by next weekend im taking it to a dyno so ill let you guys know how we do! :thumbs2:
    Thanks!
