How much should a 302 high output engine which I'm pretty sure is out of a 74-76 comet put out ?

Well I get mixed reviews on this, but my 250 puts out about 170hp, and okay, I don't believe the engine is out of a comet in that case, but the 302 is a high output for sure

Well I know there's know electronics and its coming out of a car in the same era I'm thinking 74-77 in and around there. I never thought to ask the guy what he took it out of but I wanna know if its worth putting in.

No such thing as a "HiPo" or "High Performance" engine in ANY Maverick or Comet from the factory.
